Discover the Muskoka Wilderness
This is a full day ski or snowshoe event. We will have a number of ski groups, and at least one Off Trail Snowshoe Group. You select which activity when you register. There are no "Walk-On" sign-ups.
Despite some warm temperatures, we continue to have winter in Muskoka. There is a good snow pack and the skiing on the 12 th was as good as it gets for off and on trail. The base was firm with some soft snow on top. The open ridges, marshes and lakes were perfect to navigate through. Expect another great day to snowshoe or ski in Muskoka
You will get dropped off the bus by about 9:45 a.m. and bus picks everyone up by 4:00 in January; 4:30 February and March. (Unfortunately, software limitations require us to post 1:00 p.m. as our cancellation time is 1:00 p.m.) Read the links at the bottom on what you need to know about your day, bus pick-ups, locations, etc.
Our COVID Protocols are being updated but we expect that our members and guests are vaccinated and will take appropriate measures, including using a mask, based on their personal considerations.
Register: Online payment or pre-payment is required at time of Registration.
Non-Members: Registration for Non-Member/Guests close Thursday midnight ($15 guest fee + bus fare).
Late Registration (Members Only): A $10 late fee surcharge is added onto your registration fee at time of booking if you book after the Friday 1:00 p.m. cut off.
Cancellations: Online by Friday 1 p.m. before the event to receive a credit. Please follow the COVID Protocols. If the Club is unable to run a bus for any reason, monies will be credited to your account with refunds settled before our AGM (April).
