Bus Fare and Fee Structure

Five Winds is a non-profit volunteer-run organization. We make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible. However, the operating fees for winter buses have gone up in the last few years and we need to stay financially viable.

For this reason, our bus fee structure is reflective of these realities.

Compared to other GTA clubs for similar outings, our prices are at least as competitive if not cheaper.

Bus Base Fare	Members	$47

Add-On Fees	Guests - must be registered by member	$15
	Late Booking If you have not reserved your seat for the bus by the Friday 1 p.m. deadline, a late booking fee is applied	$10
Cancellations	No Shows or Late Cancellations If you have signed up for the bus and fail to show up, or fail to cancel by the Friday 1 p.m. deadline, you will be charged the Bus Base Fee ($47) + Guest Fee ($15, if applicable)	$47 or $62 (47+15)
	Cancellation before Deadline If you sign up but cancel before the Friday 1 p.m. deadline, there will be no bus fare charge	$0
Trail Fee	There are no trail fees	$0

Payment of Bus Fares & Fees are paid in full at time of Registration

Sample Bus Fares & Fees (if applicable)

e.g. You are a member coming from Toronto and book before the Friday deadline: $47

e.g. You are a guest coming from Toronto and book before the Friday deadline: $47 + $15 (guest) = $62

e.g. You are a member coming from Toronto and book after the Friday deadline: $47 + $10 (late fee) = $57

e.g. You are a member or a guest coming from Toronto and cancel before the Friday 1 p.m. deadline: $0 - (Your Bus Base Fare and Guest Fees (if applicable) will be credited to your account to use on a future date, or a refund can be requested. All credits will be refunded by the end of April or before.
