This may sound like a problem you wish you had. But hands that are too warm will release perspiration into the glove and that moisture will render those gloves let useful if you want to use them later when your hands are cold.
Try to be mindful of the condition of your gloves. If your hands are getting too warm, switch to lighter gloves to protect the warmer gloves in case it gets colder (assume it will).
For this reason, having at least two pairs, and preferably three, each with their own "level" of warmth is a good strategy, where the lightest level is light gloves.
