We will do day trips out of a base camp near Big East Lake. The base camp is 4km from the parking lot, accessible via a forest road. You can load up your sled with gear and test it for the upcoming season. We will both cross-country ski and snowshoe. There are lots of forest roads and trails in this area to explore in case the ice is not yet solid enough. You can join us for just a few days if you have other holiday plans.
