A REGISTER button will appear two weeks before the event. Fill out the Form > Next > Confirm. You will receive an auto-reply email back with your confirmation information. Make sure you register by Friday 1 p.m. to avoid late fee surcharges.
Bus Fees will be collected on the bus.
Cancelling the bus: If you need to cancel your reservation, complete a New Registration > Fill out the Form (selecting Cancel my Reservation) > Next > Confirm. You will receive a confirmation of your information. If you have not received a confirmation email, you have missed a step, likely selecting the Confirm button. You must cancel by Friday 1 p.m. to avoid cancellation charges (full bus fee).
The bus coordinators will be able to determine if you have cancelled and at what time.
You should always receive a Confirmation e-mail shortly after you have registered or cancelled for an event.
